Biographical Note / Historical Note / Administrative History
Joseph Armstrong is an assistant professor of adult and community education with the Ball State University Teachers College. He started at Ball State on August, 14 2000. Much of his research has been focused on adult and collaborative learning. Before working at Ball State he was an assistant professor of Adult and Higher Education at Morehead State University.
