This collection includes meeting minutes, correspondence, membership and committee rosters, scholarship applications, financial records, event information, and administrative records, and governing documents from the Ball State University Student Foundation in Muncie, Indiana ranging from 1966 to 2015 regarding Student Foundation club administration, membership, finances, and club activities and events.

Administrative History
The Ball State Student Foundation was a campus organization founded in 1965 as an arm of the Ball State University Foundation. With the motto of "Students Helping Students," the Student Foundation was student oriented and entirely student controlled. The organization had direct interaction with the four areas of University administration, including: Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Business Affairs, and University Relations. The Foundation also worked closely with other student organizations, such as Student Voluntary Services and the Religious Programs House, on several philanthropic events such as Campus Chest. Since its formation, the organization had awarded over $500,000 in student scholarships. The Ball State University Student Foundation has since disbanded as of the 2014-2015 academic year.
