Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps of Muncie, Indiana Collection consists of maps depicting the commercial, industrial, and residential sections of the city from 1883 through 1965.

The maps were produced by the Sanborn Map Company to assist fire insurance agents in determining the degree of hazard and establish premiums for particular properties.
