Biographical Note

Sandra Sue Barnard Marshall was born in Parker City, Indiana, on April 10, 1936. She graduated from Parker High School and attended Ball State University, where she earned her bachelor`s and master`s degree in education. Following several years of teaching, Sandy began a career in the financial industry. She was a member of the Indianapolis Insurance and Financial Planning Organization and earned several awards including Life Membership in the Million Dollar Round Table. She was a skilled writer, a devotee of feline rescue and care, and completed extensive genealogy work. Sandy contributed time, resources, and gifts to Ball State University and was a member of the Quadrangle Society which recognized her for outstanding commitment to Ball State. Ms. Marshall passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
