This collection includes Emens musical and play programs, football programs, basketball programs, marching band records, and photographs collected by alumnus Arthur Conner from Ball State University events ranging from 1958-2011.

This collection includes reel-to-reel tapes, vinyl records, and compact discs from Ball State University's School of Music ranging from 1956 to 2009 regarding performances by Ball State University Choirs and professional artists. Furthermore, the collection is divided into different series depending on the media type. The first two series are arranged chronologically, however, the last series of compact discs is arranged according to the numbering system provided by the School of Music.
