This collection consists of digital reproductions of original records and born-digital records from the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County and includes annual reports, Board of Directors meeting minutes, correspondence, event documents, news releases, photographs, newsletters, brochures, postcards, and other records ranging from circa 1981 to 2018.

This collection includes administrative records, Board of Directors and Executive Committee meeting minutes, membership directories, reports, stock certificates, programs, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, and other records from the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce in Muncie, Indiana ranging from 1902 to 2017 regarding businesses and community development in Muncie and Delaware County.

Scope and Contents

This collection includes minutes from the Muncie Redevelopment Commission’s meetings. The records are from January 15, 1980 to December 2, 2004. Minutes from the meeting discuss loans, intended for rehabilitation, given to property owners. General administrative tasks are also discussed, such as the nomination of a new president. Minutes from August 20, 1998 to December 2, 2004 are available as PDF files and TIF files. The originals were scanned and returned to the Commission.

Scope and Contents The collection was compiled by the Historic Preservation Officer, City of Muncie, and contains 36 CFR 800.11 (e) documentation including a project description, photographs, maps, housing designs, and determination of eligibility, among other information. This collection also contains a Section 106 review that shows historical information about the site including historic photographs. Scope and Contents This collection includes scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, badges and other artifacts documenting the history of the boy scouts in Delaware County, Indiana from 1913-2003.
